Narrative

A fully trained miner was clearing out gob from the head gate in 13 east at #4 shield and was removing a piece of metal from the walkway of pan line. While he was bent over a 2'x2'x6"" stone came out of the pan while clearing the chain landing on his right foot causing a contusion. He was wearing Rubber metatarsal boots at the time. The pan was not in motion
