## Narrative

Employee was removing a bad track idler roller from a 330 Track Hoe. Job required use of hammer to remove old rollers from mounts. This caused a chip from one of the rollers to strike employee in upper lip causing small cut and swollen lip. First aid was rendered.  A few days later employee discovered a piece of metal was in the wound in his lip.
