## Narrative

EE was holding a tapered bull pin size 13 1/2"" x 2"" diameter with a channel lock pliers. Another ee was striking the pin with a sledge hammer. They were dismantling the drive shaft of a bead mill. The pin ejected out, hitting ee on his left side of upper lip causing a cut and bleeding. Medical treatment was given with four stitches.
