Miner was loading 8 foot bolts onto roof bolting machine when he felt a pain in his right shoulder. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, mining equipment or systems, skills, proficiency or attitude, protective devises related to clothing or devices on equipment. The miner did not start to lose time until 8-31-15
