## Narrative

The employee was going to pick up one pallet to load into the trash car. When he attempted to lift one pallet, two others were attached also. The employee states that he felt a pain in his abdomen. He went to a family doctor who referred him to a specialist on August 31. This specialist determined that it was in fact a hernia.
