Narrative

CTI driver got out of his truck & placed wheel chocks around his tires. Roughly around 0840 he turned & walked toward the copper concentrate stock pile for a product sample. Before getting to the sample pile he slipped on wet material, injuring left knee. The material did not appear to be slippery but was wet due to a previous rain storm. Diagnosis left knee strain.
