## Narrative

A fully trained miner was rock dusting the belt line in 15 W. while dragging the hose to the belt he stumbled catching himself against the rib with his L hand. The employee stated he woke up and hand was numb. Employee had on required PPE. The employee did not report injury to Management till 8/28/15 and did not start losing time till 8/30/15.
