## Narrative

EE was standing on the bumper of the haul truck in the shop tightening the bolt that holds the corner of the hood, his wrench slipped off the bolt and he lost his balance and slipped off the bumper landing on the floor. He fractured his left tibia and a hand bone (Thumb) in left hand.
