## Narrative

Employee was moving the monorail dollies at the outby inchworm in F25 longwall. As he was moving the inchworm, a 1/2"" hose that was plumbed to the inchworm got caught on a top roller. The hose pulled out of the coupler causing emulsion to suddenly spray him which caused him to fall to the ground.
