Narrative

A mechanic was replacing a ""T"" section of pipe, which to align was suspended from two points. One of the points was a section of 3"" x 3"" x 3/8"" angle iron supported by structural I-beams. While maneuvering the horizontal pipe, the section of angle iron shifted from between the I-beams allowing the angle iron to fall and strike the mechanic on the hand.
