## Narrative

The employee was closing a sliding door at the loading dock.  The removable guard rail was not in place, leaving an open dock approximately 4' above ground level.  As the employee pulled on the door to close it, it began to move causing him to loose his balance and fall to ground level.  He landed on his feet twisting his right knee.
