The miner no longer works for the company. The miner was allegedly injured during a working shift on 6/18/13. An incident was not reported to Mine Management at the time of the alleged incident. Miner missed several days then turned in excuse from Dr. No work related injury on excuse. Miner applying force repairing a cutting blade of a miner, thumb and wrist in pain/swelling.
