Narrative

Fixing a leak in the slick line at 23W #1 around 6 block when the coupler failed, spraying the miner with glue compound being used to ""rock lock"" the tailgate. Miner missed no work, but was prescribed antibiotic eye drops. No problems with mining methods, training, PPE or compliance issues.
