Individual was dismounting 24 track mobile not concentrating, caught his foot on the vehicle frame or safety chain causing him to fall (sprain / strain) to the left foot. This did not involve any compliance issues. No equipment involved. This did not involve proficiency or attitude. All personal safety items were being utilized.
