I.E. was washing at A tail. I.E. stated he just shut the water off to add another joint of fire hose. When I.E. turned the water back on he lost control of it and dropped it. This resulted in the fire hose striking I.E. on the back of his left hand and wrist causing a slight fracture to his left wrist.
