## Narrative

Employee opened the right side of equipment door. He turned to open the left side equipment door and the door that was open closed on his left ankle. Causing fracture to left ankle. (Restricted Duty) Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficiency and job skills may been a factor.
