## Narrative

Employee was working with others reclaiming belt framing. They were loading the framing into a scoop bucket. As he was going toward the rib to get another piece of framing, he tripped over a half buried wooden block. This caused him to fall striking his chin on the belt framing. This resulted in a laceration to his chin.
