At 7:10pm employee entered the Ctrl Room with blood on his neck/shirt & hands. He said he was climbing an extension ladder. He was 2/3 up & the ladder slipped out from under him. He hit the back of his head on the concrete floor resulting in a 2"" cut. He was taken to the hospital at 7:43pm. He said he received 5 staples to close the wound & was home. He will be at work 9/25/15.
