## Narrative

Employee was cutting the banding off of troughing idlers. When the final band was cut the first row of idlers fell off of the pallet striking the employee on the right foot, penetrating the boot behind the steel toe and injuring right big toe.  The employee fell to the ground between the stack of idlers and a material handler which was parked aproximately 4' away.
