## Narrative

Individual was assisting in hanging 12470 cable on the Longwall Power move when the cable slid off the pump car creating a chain reaction of the cable. Because of lack of concentration the cable struck employee on right shoulder. There were no compliance issues or equipment, did not involve lack of training or attitude. Employee continued to work until 9/19/2015.
