Narrative

Employee had cleaned 15 tail and was walking back to his mantrip, when he stepped over the rail he rolled his right ankle, resulting in a sprain. He continued to work until 9/22/15, when he missed 3 days due to the injury. No problems with training, ppe, mining machines or compliance issues.
