## Narrative

Employee was boarding a D10T dozer at the tails dike to conduct the pre-shift inspection and check oil.  As he climbed the dozer, he lost his footing and landed on the raised step tread on the push arm on his right side.  He heard a snap/felt sharp pain and was diagnosed with a broken rib.
