## Narrative

While climbing a boarding ladder to gain access, the employee placed his foot on the curved edge of the hood to make the transition from the boarding ladder.  When the employee put pressure on his left foot he heard a slight ""pop"" in his left calf muscle.  He was taken to a Medical Clinic where a muscle pull was diagnosed and restrictions put in place.
