## Narrative

NOTE:  This is a contract driver and not a carmeuse employee.  Employee was stepping down from his truck and placed his left foot on what appeared to him to be small rocks or gravel.  States that his foot sunk through it into a ""hole"" and he began to fall.  The driver injured his knee. (he had surgery on this knee several months ago.
