## Narrative

Employee was bolting off of the continuous miner with the rock deflector up & the rib door extended when a rock (46""x35""x6"")fell from in front of the last strap hitting the rock deflector then hitting the rib protector. The rock then came into the bolter station striking EE in the back. It didn't involve job skills, proficiency, training, or attitude. No PPE issues involved.
