Narrative

Quarry mechanic was backing a portable 4"" pump into the Quarry Crusher Maintenance shop. When the mechanic released the pump trailer hitch from the pickup bumper ball, the pump trailer moved forward, pinching his right index finger between the trailer hitch and rear bumper. Employee had a laceration requiring stitches.
