Narrative

Employee was building a Cement Block Stopping. He felt a pain in his lower back as he lifted a block above his head. The employee finished his work shift and also worked the next day. On the third day, 10/1/2015, he was hurting enough to request to see a Doctor. An MRI exam was done and he was diagnosed to have a ""Disc Protrusion at L5-S1 abutting a nerve"".
