## Narrative

A co-worker slipped and lost balance while performing maintenance on 12"" x 10"" pump and injured employee attempted to break fall of the co-worker by reaching out and using his arms and caused strain to his left arm and shoulder area. Injured employee was taken to Urgent Care and diagnosed with a supraspinatus tear in left shoulder.
