Narrative

The IE was jarred causing an existing back injury to intensify when the elevator stopped at the bottom. IE was taken in for evaluation to the CCMH ER and was referred to an ORTHO. The ORTHO ordered an MRI and scheduled the MRI reading for October 8th where the IE was issued a restricted duty release making this a reportable injury.
