Backache was reported on Sep. 28, 2015. Employee suspected strain happened on his own time, but reported ""just in case."" Employee treated backache with first aid/exercises. On Oct 07, 2015, employee requested to file a workman's comp. claim, which we can not deny. We have requested an investigation into the validity of this claim as a workman's comp claim.
