## Narrative

Employee was operating a walk-through bolter and the drilling pot suction stopped working.  He stepped off of the bolting platform toward the drilling pot to exam/repair the suction hose.  A piece of roof fell striking the ATRS and cantilevered in toward the drilling pot, striking him in the hip pushing him toward the mine floor.  He began missing time on 9-29-15.
