## Narrative

Dozer operator was building drill access road when a rock he was pushing hit the cab of the dozer. EE stated he was not hurt. On 9/25, employee complained of neck pain his wife feels is due to incident, he was seen by PCP and released. On 10/06, EE went to ER, given a prescription and taken off work due to company's internal drug policy. Currently ongoing.
