## Narrative

A miner was threading a 2"" in diameter pipe.  The rotating pipe became entangled with the miners sweatshirt sleeve, throwing the miner to the ground.  The miner landing on his left shoulder.  Possible left shoulder separation/sprain (waiting on MRI).
