The employee was bending down to pick up a scoop charging cable and as he was lifting the cable he felt pain in his lower back.(NOTE)After the employee received an x-ray it was found the injury on 10/5/15 was a reoccurrence of a injury that the employee received on 7/29/14. (Reoccurring injury)
