## Narrative

The employee was preparing to move a loaded bulk rail car to the track scale and slipped causing his knee to bend under himself as he fell.  The employee first reported this injury on 10/1/2015 and was treated with first aid measures but sent for a MRI when soreness continued.  MRI diagnosed on 10/15/2015 with a complex right knee meniscal tear that will require surgery to repair.
