Narrative

Employee injured his right shoulder as he fell going through a set of air lock doors. He opened the set of doors and stepped on a piece of cement block that was about 12 x 12. He was falling and tried to catch himself and put out his right hand/arm. The force of him falling caused the injury to his right shoulder.
