## Narrative

Employee working on clogged trash pump at 11 tail (Guzzla SV-60 pump). He was back flushing the pump and mud blew out the suction line and got into his eyes. He was wearing glasses. He missed no work, but did receive medical attention in the form of medicated eye drops. No problems with training, PPE, mining methods or compliance issues.
