Employee was adjusting shims on dipper of shovel when grease fell into his hair. Employee went to change house facilities and attempted to wash out grease with cleaning fluid simple green, and then used Stride Citrus SC an industrial cleaner used by the janitors. A mixture of these cleaners found a path to the employees eyes during rinsing.
