## Narrative

Employee alleges he and a co-worker were attempting to reposition a I-Beam assembly which was being worked on and supported by jack stands.  They both had a hold of one end of the I-Beam and it slipped from both of their grips striking the employee on the top of his foot behind the steel toe of his shoe.
