While walking, the employee bent over and felt a pain in his lower back. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, mining equipment or systems, protective devises, equipment, clothing, skills, proficiency or training. Attitude may have been a factor. The employee did not begin to lose time until 10/19/15.
