Narrative

The miner was walking when a cable that had been suspended from the top fell and struck him in the head. The miner claims to have injured his neck. The following were not a factor: rules, regs, mining equipment or systems, protective devises, equipment, clothing, skills, proficiency or training. Attitude may have been a factor. The miner began losing time on 10/22/15.
