## Narrative

A Pillar Innovations employee was working in the 5 Left Mains. The employee must mount and dismount the belt line which is elevated approximately 3' 1/2"" from the ground.  The employee stepped off the belt line and on to an uneven surface, rolling his ankle.  Employee suffered an ankle sprain, the doctor did assign an air cast to be worn out of the medical office.
