Employee arrived to work and entered the bathhouse through the boot wash area. He was ascending the steps. As he stepped onto the concrete floor his foot slipped and right knee buckled. As he fell to the ground he stated he felt his knee cap ""pop"". He was assisted into the office area for treatment.
