On 11/3/2015 - it was discovered that a section of the 650'slope (approx 25-30' high x 80-90' long x 7' thick) approx. 350' from the south end of the portal pad had sluffed. No persons or equipment were affected. At time of notification, we called MSHA to notify them of this situation.
