## Narrative

Employee had taken a sample from Heads Row 1, and while coming down the ladder, his right foot slipped on the step he was stepping on, and twisted his ankle when his foot landed on the next step. He was taken to the ER, and put on restrictions for 5 days. The company could not accommodate restrictions. EE had a full release after the 5th day.
