Narrative

The employee was attempting to place a hook on a shield when a small rock struck him in his right hand. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, skills, proficiency, training, protective clothing or protective devises on equipment. Attitude may have been a factor. Miner did not start to lose time until 11-2-15.
