## Narrative

Walking bleeders from 24W to 17W and felt pain in lower back, going down both legs, when he got to bleeder fan. Miner has history of lower back issues (herniated lumbar disc) aggravated by walking bent over and hitting his head on the roof a few times. No problems with training, mining methods, PPE or compliance issues.
