## Narrative

Drill crew was prepping the drill to move to a new location. When employee went to bend down to pick up the control panel cord, he slipped and fell forward and his knee hit a split set. When he hit the split set he cut his knee. He went to the medic, then went to the hospital to have it cleaned and received staples to close the wound.
