The injured was standing on a 6 ft ladder (3rd flight) putting glue in a hole just drilled in the rib when the injured fell from the ladder. The injured tried to catch himself with his left arm while falling to the ground. On 11/17/15 it was discovered that he had a torn muscle in his shoulder.
