## Narrative

EE walked in between rock box and flex. EE signaled, crane operator understood to be ""Boom Up"" suction pipe, so final tie in could be made. After signaling crane, EE moved into the line of fire. When crane lifted suction, stored energy caused flex to swing back into the rock box. EE who signaled the crane operator was briefly caught between flex and rock box.
